Voorder is for people who work with their clients. If someone uses a Voorder address to bother you, deceive you or send you spam, tell us.
What to report
Spam, attempts to steal your data (phishing), scams, someone pretending to be another person or company, harassment, or any message that breaks our terms and came from an address ending in @voorder.com.
How to report it
Write to abuse@voorder.com and, if you can, forward the original message so we can see all of its details. Please do not send passwords or card numbers. We keep your report and the message you forward only to investigate it, and we delete them 12 months after the case is closed.
Security problems
If you found a way into Voorder or a way to see someone else's email, write to security@voorder.com and give us time to fix it before you share it.
What we do
We review what arrives at these addresses and act on accounts that break the rules, which can mean limiting their sending or suspending them. We do not answer automatically and we cannot promise a response time.
If there is an immediate risk to you or a possible crime, contact the authorities too.
