Voorder

Terms and conditions

Version of October 14, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Hoomer S.A.S (NIT 901931848-1), which runs Voorder. They explain how Voorder works, what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. By creating your account you accept them.

Who we are

Voorder is a service of Hoomer S.A.S (NIT 901931848-1), a Colombian company. You can write to us at info@voorder.com. Our address: Carrera 79A No. 51-41, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.

What Voorder is

Voorder is an email service for freelancers and independent workers. You get your own username@voorder.com address and an inbox built around your clients. Voorder is the email provider, so you never connect another email account.

Who can use Voorder

To create an account you need to:

  • Be 18 or older.
  • Use Voorder for your work or personal matters, not for a team or an organization.
  • Give us true information and keep it up to date.

Each account is for one person.

Your account and your address

Your username becomes your address, so choose it with care. Dots do not count: a.b and ab are the same address. Some addresses are reserved for running the service.

When an account is deleted, its address is never given to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. If you think someone got in without permission, tell us as soon as you can. You cannot sell, rent or hand over your account.

Free trial and subscription

You start with a 30-day free trial, no card needed. During the trial the sending limits are lower than those of a plan. After that you continue with a paid subscription.

Each plan has its own limits, such as storage and sends per hour and per day. You see them on the plans page before you subscribe. The amount you see when you subscribe is the total charged, taxes included, in the currency shown.

The subscription is charged to your card through ePayco and renews on its own each period until you cancel. If a payment fails, you get 3 days of grace before your account becomes read-only. Even then we never delete your email over a pending payment.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel whenever you want from your settings. If you cancel before your next billing date, it does not renew and you are not charged again. You keep using Voorder until the end of the period you already paid for: we do not close your account earlier.

When that period ends, your account becomes read-only. You can read, export and delete your email, but not send. If you cancel during the free trial, the trial ends and sending is paused.

Refunds

We do not refund periods you already paid for, nor partially if you cancel in the middle of a period.

This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer. If the law gives you a right of withdrawal in your case, we respect it: write to info@voorder.com within the legal deadline and we return your money within 15 calendar days at most, through the same payment method. If we charged you too much or by mistake, we fix it and return what we charged.

Your plan limits

Your plan sets how much storage you have and how many messages you can send per hour and per day. We warn you when you get close to the storage limit. If you reach it, you cannot send until you free up space or change plan, but you keep receiving and reading your email.

We never delete your email for going over a limit.

Using Voorder with care

Please do not use Voorder to:

  • Send spam or bulk email nobody asked for.
  • Deceive other people: phishing, scams or pretending to be someone else.
  • Send viruses, malicious software or get into other people's accounts or systems without permission.
  • Harass, threaten or share illegal content, including content that harms minors.
  • Get around your plan limits, resell the service or access it with automated tools in an abusive way.
  • Break the law or other people's rights, including copyright.

You are responsible for what you send from your account.

Suspension and closing by us

We may limit sending from an account, suspend it or close it if it breaks these terms, if its messages bounce or draw many complaints, if it puts the service or other people at risk, or if a competent authority orders it under the terms of the Authorities section.

While an account is suspended it cannot send, but it keeps receiving email and you can read and export it. When we can, we tell you beforehand and explain why. In serious cases, or if an authority requires it, we act right away. If you think we got it wrong, write to info@voorder.com and we will review it.

Your email is yours

The messages, contacts and files you keep in Voorder belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to store them, process them automatically, deliver them and protect you from spam and abuse. We have no other rights over your content.

No one at Voorder reads the content of your email. The only exception is a valid order from an authority, as we explain in the Authorities section. If you need help with a message, paste its text into the help form. What the system does automatically, what we encrypt and what we do not is in the privacy policy.

How we review abuse without reading your email

To detect spam, fraud or abuse we use automatic signals, such as bounces, complaints and sending volume. When someone reports a message they received from a Voorder account, we review the copy that person forwards to abuse@voorder.com, not the mailbox of the reported account.

Who helps us provide the service

We use Amazon Web Services to send, receive and store email, ePayco to charge, Cloudflare to stop automated sign-ups and Have I Been Pwned to check leaked passwords. The privacy policy explains what each one receives and where your data is stored.

What belongs to Voorder

The software, brand, design and texts of Voorder belong to Hoomer S.A.S (NIT 901931848-1) or to those who license them to us. You may use them to use the service, but not copy them or use them for anything else without permission.

How email works and its limits

Sending and receiving email depends on other servers and services we do not control. That is why we cannot guarantee that every message arrives, that the recipient gets it, or that the service runs without interruptions. We do maintenance when needed.

Voorder relies on providers such as Amazon Web Services, ePayco and Cloudflare. If one of them fails, or something happens that we could not foresee or avoid, such as an internet outage, a cyberattack, a natural disaster or an order from an authority, we are not liable for the effects of that event. We do what is reasonable to restore the service as soon as possible and to keep your email safe.

When we can, we tell you about a major outage. Download a copy of your email whenever you want from your settings.

Liability

We answer to you under the terms the law sets. These terms do not limit that liability or the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

If something fails on our side, write to us at info@voorder.com and we will go over it with you.

Authorities

If a competent authority asks us for information or a measure about your account, we comply only if the request is in writing, comes from an authority with legal power to make it and we can verify that it is authentic. If it is not, we reject or challenge it. For the content of your email we require an order from a judge or from the Attorney General's Office (Fiscalía).

We hand over the minimum the request requires and, when the law allows it, we tell you. If we cannot tell you beforehand, we do so when the restriction ends.

Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you want. Your data is kept safely for 30 days in case you change your mind or there was a mistake, and then it is deleted for good. Backups can take up to 30 more days to disappear: up to 60 days in total. If you had a paid period left, your subscription stops renewing and stays active until that period ends.

You can download a copy of your email before deleting the account. We keep, without your personal data, the billing records the law requires us to keep.

If Voorder stops running

If we ever decide to close Voorder, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. During that time you can keep reading and downloading all your email.

Changes to these terms

These terms do not change without you knowing. Each version carries its date.

Changes that only improve the wording or update contact details, without altering rights or obligations, apply from the moment we publish them.

If a change affects you, for example to prices, limits, your rights or how we handle your data, we tell you by email at least 15 days before it applies and explain what changes. When that date comes, we ask you to accept the new version inside your account. If you do not accept it, you can download your email, cancel your subscription and close your account at no cost, but you will not be able to use the rest of Voorder in the meantime.

If a change is needed right away because of a law, an authority's order or security, it applies from the moment we publish it and we tell you as soon as we can.

Governing law and disagreements

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If we disagree, write to us first at info@voorder.com so we can try to sort it out directly.

If we cannot, the courts of Colombia will decide. This does not affect your rights as a consumer or your right to go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

Other things

If any part of these terms were not valid, the rest still applies. You cannot hand your rights to someone else without our permission. If there is a difference between the Spanish version and another translation, the Spanish version prevails.
