What you might be wondering
Short answers about the trial, your emails and how Voorder works.
The rest is easier to see from your own inbox
Start your free trialDo I need a card to start?
No. You create your account, get your @voorder.com address and try Voorder without giving a card. You pay only when you decide to continue.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't pick a plan, your account becomes read-only. You can read, export and delete your emails, but not send. Voorder doesn't delete your emails for lack of a plan: they're kept as long as your account stays open. During the trial the sending limit is lower than the plan's and goes away once you pay.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from Billing. If your plan is active, it keeps going until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I take my emails with me?
Yes. You can export your emails and attachments whenever you like, even after your plan expires. If you delete your account, your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted; backups can take up to 30 more days to disappear.
Do I have to connect my Gmail or Outlook?
No. Voorder is your email, with its own @voorder.com address. It doesn't connect to other accounts.
How does Voorder know who is a client?
It sorts each email by who sent it. If it gets one wrong, you move that sender to the right place and Voorder remembers.
